Krysalis Eco-Dyeing

Hand washing is preferred. However if you are using a washing machine, always place garment/fabric in laundry bag. Wash garment/fabric in cold water and use a gentle, pH-neutral detergent. Place in shade to dry.

If you treat your item with love and care, the colours should last the life of the garment. Naturally, light affects the stability and longevity of the item. Hand washing in a PH neutral detergent will also be beneficial.

Please check you have entered the correct address during checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for delivery addresses that are incorrect. 

Once payment in full is received/cleared, we will carefully pack your order and dispatch within 1-2 working days via Australia Post. You will be notified by email or SMS with a postal tracking number.

Gifts

If your purchase is for someone else, we can gift wrap the item and send it on your behalf. An invoice and tracking number will be emailed to you, but no details of purchase price will be given to the receiver.

Returns

If you receive an item or product that is faulty, damaged or different from the order you placed, please take photos of the product and contact us immediately. We can’t make any guarantees, but we will do our best to consider a repair or replacement provided:

• all tags are still intact and/or product is in its original packaging

• products have not been used

• items have not been worn, altered, damaged or washed

• the fault or damage has not been caused by the wearing of, or incorrect caring for, the item

• proof of purchase is provided (transactional receipt or invoice)

• items or products are returned within 21 days.

Returns process

In order to make a returns request, please have the following details ready:

• order number (from confirmation email)

• receiver's name and phone number

• postal address

• description of product/item and the reason why you are returning it.

Once we hear from you, we will respond within 2 business days to let you know if your request has met the criteria of our returns policy. We do not offer return or exchange on sale items.

Please note, you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless we shipped a product that was incorrect or faulty when shipped by us. We encourage you to return your product/item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Krysalis Eco-dyeing.
